Subject: National Workshop on Preliminary Findings of Mid-term Evaluation
of Children’s Empowerment Through Education Services (CHES) Project of Winrock International, Cambodia

Objective: To present the preliminary findings of mid-term evaluation since the project has started till now through the assessment on the relevance of the project in the cultural, economic, and political context in the Cambodia country, assessment on the effectiveness of the project implementation and project’s strategies, assessment on the potential impact of the project, and to provide recommendations toward how the project can successfully overcome challenges to meet its objectives and targets by the time of project end.
