Mr. Chea Kosal, Project Director of CHES project to eliminate the Worst Forms of Child Labor in Agriculture in Cambodia. He joined Winrock International Cambodia on 30 October 2007. 

As an education specialist, his key responsibility is to ensure the effective delivery of education services to targeted clients, provide support on program direction including implementation, monitoring and evaluation, liason with the government line ministries, partners and with other donor agencies working in the field of child education and assist the Project Director with administrative and personnel management.

Mr. Chea Kosal has over ten years of working experience in education with various organizations such as World Education, UNICEF and Plan international Cambodia. Before joining Winrock International Cambodia he was working with Plan International Cambodia holding the position of Learning and Education Advisor.
