Mr. Chey Tech, Monitoring and Evaluation. Officer of CHES project to eliminate the Worst Forms of Child Labor in Agriculture in Cambodia. He joined Winrock International Cambodia on 30 October 2007.

As a monitoring and evaluation officer, his key responsibility is to effectively monitor and evaluate the delivery and impact of CHES project activities by systematic and continuous collection, analysis and dissemination of information for the purpose of management control and decision making.

Mr. Chey Tech has long working experiences in agriculture and in monitoring and evaluation with various organizations. Before joining Winrock International Cambodia, he was working with Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Cambodia holding the position of National Coordinator for Monitoring and Evaluation for Learning.
