Mr. Chea Tha, Provincial Program Coordinator (PPC) of CHES project to eliminate the Worst Forms of  Child Labor in Agriculture in Cambodia based in Prey Veng province. He joined Winrock International Cambodia on 26 May 2008.

As a PPC, his key responsibility is to providing technical, programmatic and administrative support to the project partners and government departments at the provincial level, especially in the organization and coordination of activities. He also provides hands on support to project partners in implementing project activities as well as works closely with the Child Labor Monitoring Committees.

Mr. Chea Tha has long working experience in education with many organizations such as UNICEF and World Education. Before joining Winrock International Cambodia, he was working with World Education as a health trainer.
