Ms. Ly Visakha, Finance and Administrative Officer of CHES project. She joined Winrock International Cambodia on 11 December 2007.

As a Finance and Administrative Officer, her key responsibility is to provide all administrative support in implementation of project activities in Cambodia. This includes preparing inventories and managing properties of project office, preparing and updating program budget of Winrock project, maintaining budgetary and financial control over its operations, accounting for timely receipts of income and appropriate disbursements of funds as well as making payments in accordance with Winrock rules and regulations and upholding budgetary and financial monitoring accountabilities.

Ms. Ly Visakha has long working experience in finance and administration with organizations such as Hagar Cambodia and Plan International Cambodia. Before joining Winrock International Cambodia, she worked with Plan International Cambodia in the Finance Department.
