Mr. Kong Tomy, Driver of CHES project. He joined Winrock International Cambodia on 1 January 2008. His key responsibility is to drive office vehicles for official purposes and for project work includes assisting in administrative and day to day office work.
He has long working experience in driving. Before joining Winrock International Cambodia, he was working with RACHA as a driver.
