Mr. Chuon Kosal, Provincial Program Coordinator (PPC) of CHES project based in Kampong Cham province. He joined Winrock International Cambodia on 22 December 2008.

As a PPC, his key responsibilities are to provide technical, programmatic and administrative support to the project partners and government departments at the provincial level, especially in the organization and coordination of activities. He also provides hands on support to project partners in implementing project activities as well as to work closely with the Child Labor Monitoring Committees.

Mr. Chuon Kosal has long working experience in the public education sector with various organizations in Cambodia. Before joining Winrock International Cambodia, he worked with Neak Akphivat Sahakum (NAS) as Project Coordinator of Provision of Non Formal Education to prevent trafficking in children and women for labor and sexual exploitation in Kompong Cham province.
