Mr. Seang Meng, Child Labor Programme Officer (CL-PO) of CHES project to eliminate the Worst Forms of Child Labor in Agriculture in Cambodia. He joined Winrock International Cambodia on 01 January 2010. 

As a CL-PO, his key responsibility is to provide capacity building of program staff, partner’s staff and other relevant stakeholders on hazardous child labor issues, including international conventions, country laws and other related subjects. In addition, he also provides assistant to Project Director on program direction including implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the hazardous child labor aspects within the program, liaison with the government line ministries and partners working in the field of child labor and provide also technical support to Provincial Program Coordinators (PPCs) at the provincial level, the Department of Child Labor, and other project partners in the implementation of project activities.

Mr. Seang Meng has almost 8 years of working experience in child labor with ILO IPEC. Before joining Winrock International Cambodia he was working with ILO IPEC-Cambodia holding the position of Field Coordinator.
