Job Description
	Winrock International is looking for qualified, experienced Cambodian NGOs, who have a proven track record in child labor/trafficking and education programs, to implement components of the Winrock International Children's Empowerment through Education Services (CHES) project to eliminate the worst forms of child labor in agriculture. Prey Veng and Kampong Cham are the target provinces for this RFP. The project is funded by the United States Department of Labor.
